TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to TAZTAZ (the “Platform”), operated by Majestic Music (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement under applicable laws of the United States governing electronic contracts.

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

You represent and warrant that:
You own the content you post or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including software, design elements, logos, trademarks, graphics, proprietary technology, and all related intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected under United States intellectual property laws.
No rights or licenses are granted to users except as expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of material changes at least seven days prior to their effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your content
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

Termination of repeat infringers
